It is time to start the planning for this years Yalla Yalla event.
This is the big club event for the fall and this year it will happen on 10/26 (Bronco's bye week).
We need at least four volunteers to help with planning, logistics, prizes and preparation. So just say the word and you're in!

Yalla Yalla for those that don't know is an annual event celebrating the establishment of MINI5280 as one of the first MINI enthusiast clubs in the country.
Yalla Yalla is a Scavenger Hunt, a Quiz and a chance to discover some new music and new country all from within the pleasant confines of your MINI.
Yalla Yalla is always to parts unknown by various unknown routes.
Yalla Yalla is a opportunity for everyone to walk away with a gift and a new found appreciation for our Colorado back roads.
Yalla Yalla is open to all, members or not, MINI or not.

So everyone needs to save the date Sunday October 26 for YY2008 and a few creative souls need to volunteer to confuse us, challenge us, entertain us and get us lost!

Do you want a complete newb in on the planning? I have mad skills in organizing ... And a fairly good knowledge of places to get lost in. I'd love to help if you'll have me

I would love to help but like chilimac said..... as long as I can participate in the scavenger hunt!

 

So as a rule Planners can not participate (we know all the secrets). That said, last year as a planner I drove the route picking up lost sheep and helping wayward souls. It was quite entertaining to watch the confused MINI drivers as I passed in the opposite direction - they were thinking "should I turn around or just keep going?".
