Drove up to Memphis from Birmingham on Friday and was introduced to my new MINI. :smile: Electric Blue/Black was my color choice and I'm glad I did it. That thing looks really sharp.

After the paperwork etc. I went to the parts area and bought a set of the rubber floor mats and a MINI CD case. The freebies I got was a keychain and a T shirt with the graphics of an odometer reading 0000257. I have the 257th MINI to be sold out of Roadshow MINI since their opening. Very cool gift I thought!

While driving though Memphis I hit an uneven spot in the road due to construction. The bump was so hard that the panel under the steering wheel fell out onto my legs. Scared me to death. But it popped back in. Doesnt seem like it's attached very well.

The local sports car club meets this Saturday evening (6:00 or so) at Hamburger Heaven on Highway 280 (near the super walmart). Would love to see you there!

There will be a couple new MINI's and some Classic Mini's as well as a range of neat and exotic cars. Come and join the fun!
