to extend or to mod?
okay folks,
I face a dilemma: my 05 MCS is reaching puberty and aging out of warranty.
so, do I extend the warranty to 100K for 1200 bucks or do I mod out?
has anyone heard of any major issues occurring with teenaged minis? I am inclined to mod.....

I tried, I really, really tried to wait till the warranty was over, however, I've been modding, including most recently a Jan tune, and I gotta tell you, even if I have to pay a major repair bill, it's worth it, for the daily driving pleasure, the confidence on the twisties, and the traffic light chess games...bottom line: mod MOD MOD!
