Hello everyone,
I ordered a Oxy Blue MC 08, sight unseen, she's enroute. The waiting is killing me.
I noticed in the picture above that the exhaust is chrome. Is this the OEM exhaust? or one need to order the Sport Exhaust Tip as an extra. Can the OEM tip be replaced later?

 

That's the standard "beer can" exhaust. MCs have one of them, MCSs have 2. Here's a better picture:

 

Correctomundo. The chrome exhaust tip shown in the pictures is standard equipment on all MCs. I think it adds a nice touch.

Question on photo bandwidth; When I want a photo in a post, I have been first adding it to my Gallery and then using that URL to place it in the post.

From what Mirrim said above; does this mean that one photo counts twice against my bandwidth by having same URL in two (or more) locations in NAM?

I have my photos posted on a couple other sites I frequent as well as NAM, so was using my photobucket account for origination. As far as bandwidth getting used, it's not the posting so much as how many times the thread/post containing that photo gets viewed that uses the bandwidth. It is ticked every time the photo is loaded by someone viewing it.

 

reelsmith, arn't those the standard "S" exhaust tips? That is what I have on my car and I didn't buy or upgrade it at all. I thought the optional ones looked more like a soda can top except a lot bigger.

 

on second glance though, that is an R53, the R56 may be different

UPDATE: My MINI was off loaded from the Otello at Brunswick, GA on Tuesday. She's now at a distribution center somewhere? Hope to pick her up soon from Global Import in Atlanta. I'm so excited, I just can't hide it .

 

Congrats on your new MINI, oblue08. I'm sure you'll take delivery soon, although the last few days of it being at the Vehicle Distribution Center can seem like forever. You'll have a lot of fun.
