Hey everyone, I am planning a burger and beer night GTG for next week. This is something I started with the http://www.rmcb5.com folks last year. About once or twice a month, we gather at various "joints" and socialize over good food and drinks. We are planning a gathering next week, either Tuesday or Wednesday up at the Westminster Promenade Rock Bottom Brewery. We usually meet around 630pm and hang until around 10pm...It is a great time, fun way to sit down and chat without always having to hang around the cars all the time.

I was wondering if any of you all would be interested in meeting us and getting to know some other wonderful enthusiasts.

The day is not fully decided yet, we are working out which day works best for everyone. We don't always have them up north, we alternate locations every time...like the D&B down south, Handlebar & Grill, and many other places. maybe we can make this a monthly thing for us Mini drivers as well.

Hope to see some of yoy there...getting excited for track day...I know of 6 Mini Drivers that will be there...Me, Mark, Brad, Grant, Richard, Anthony...and maybe a few more. It is my understanding that Grant's wife may join us for a few laps around the track...SWEET!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see her new ride. Vroooooooommmmmm!!

Umm isn't the monthly 5280 meeting next Thurs at RB in HR?

 

That would be cool...I sent in my membership, signed up on the websight...but have not received any mailers yet...I need to contact Randy and see what the scoop is.

 

It's Official...we are meeting on Tuesday starting at 5pm at the Rock Bottom in the Westminster Promenade.

as for the Mini5280...I sent out emails to Dave and Randy, never got a reply. Anyone have any suggestions? I want to get my name on the email list so I know what is happening.

As soon as the business with BMW starts to straighten out I'll be heading up more of the MINI5280 efforts. If you weren't aware of it Dave has moved to LA and hasn't been on the site much lately as he has been trying to find a place to live. I would love to meet you and the others but MOTR (MINI of the Rockies) meets at 7:30 PM on the first Tuesday of every month at Pint's Pub (221 W 13th Ave in Denver. Pints is between Speer Boulevard and Broadway on the north side of the street).

You and all other MINI's are welcome to join us. Park across the street at the restaurant on the corner, it is free parking for Pint's Pub and the restaurant there.
