I had wheel works transfer my TPMS from my 08 MCS to my new OZ Ultraleggeras and now have a warning light. What gives? According to my tire pressure gauge, I am running 34.5 PSI on all 4 corners. Am I supposed to reset something?

Is it difficult to move TPMS? I just had Discount Tire move a set of Pirelli 205/55-16 from Rota RB 16x7s to Rota Slipstream 16x7s and balanced for $45. They didn't charge for the balance because I bought the tires there previously. No TPMS were involved.

 

No it is very easy as long as the new wheels are compatable, ie the module will fit. Discount will use a rebuild kit @ 5.00 ea and transfer over. The kit is nothing more than a crushable seal.
