TCE Rear Rotor kit e-brake question

TCE Rear Rotor kit e-brake question
Just installed TCE 12.2 Plus 1 kit in front and the rotor kit in the rear last night. So far 
I followed TCe's intructions and unclipped the e-brake cable from two plastic clips along the exhaust tunnel, but the cable still seems tight on the e-brake. Did I miss something or did other users find a solution to get more slack? Is there any adjustability at the caliper? Thanks!
