MINI service in Rhode Island

Looking for suggestions for a reputable MINI friendly service facility for "out of warranty" work. Stuff like anti-freeze and trans fluid changes.
The sales people at Inskip are very nice but I have not been to the service area yet. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks
SteveB

Let me be the first one to suggest the Inskip MINI service department.

Call and talk to Geoff, the service advisor...ext.2254

Check out http://massmotoringclub.com/ for some info from other MINI owners that have had warranty/non-warranty service work done there.

I do parts there on Saturday and BMW during the week, let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Nothing but good things to say about Inskip.
I took my 06' there for service and I bought my 08'
off the lot.
Very professional and very friendly.

Thanks Partsman and Joenzy,
I've been there a number of times but not out to the service area. Once I take possession of my MINI I'd like to "baseline" the service and be sure it is up to date. It is going to need its 30K mile checkup AFAIK.
I'll take a drive down next Saturday to say HI!
Hopefully I will be getting it tomorrow but the Used Car place said their waiting for a fuel injector and a bezel for past couple of days.

Next Saturday, the 19th, i'll be in BMW parts. You're still more than welcome to stop in.

I should stop by tomorrow seeing as I have to wait until Monday for pickup. What are the Sat hours?
I'm kind of bummed out but I want the car right before I get it. Plus I went to Middletown and Pawtucket registries before I could get the cardboard plate. At $4 a gallon it was an expensive day in the Dodge. There was a glitch in the paperwork but it was easily remedied. A story for another day.

Minor example, but I think it showcases the overall operation at Inskip that I have observed to date -

We have an inbound MINI (hopefully next week!) purchased at Inskip, had a bunch of service/part related questions for my MA (Jessica) that she passed on along to the SA (Geoff). He called back within an hour with very detailed answers that required some research and a few phone calls on his part.

I have grown accustomed to poor or mediocre customer service, you take note when someone does it right. Inskip raises the bar and this is not the first time they have exceeded my expectations.

No, I am not on the payroll, just someone who purchased out of state due to a bad experience in state. Glad I made the trip down I-95.

Hi Partsman,
I decided to do yard work today to try to get my mind off not getting the MINI today. It is really great to have such a highly recommended service facility close at hand. I think the first time I drove through was a couple of months ago to see what the Smart cars looked like. Seeing the MINIs just sparked something from when they first came out and the rest is history.
I still plan to get down there. BTW I was speaking to Peter when I was considering new. He was very helpful with my dumb questions.
