what name color is this wheel?
Everytime I see an Acura TL type S I just love the wheel and the color of the wheel.

Anybody know what color this is? I have a set of wheels I am refinishing again and would love to coat them this color.

lots of names, most people refer to them as either gun-metal (which is dark metallic grey), or hyper black (more shiny version of the above)

that's like a gray. gunmetal is much darker.

Since its an acura wheel I went to Acura.com. They call it "Dark Metallic Chrome".

I agree that gunmetal is much darker. I originally went with gunmetal for the wheel finish and did not like how dark it was. After replacing a damaged wheel I am refinishing and hoping to get close to this color. I like the shine.

it's similar, maybe a little lighter than BBS's plasma black finish
