My 2003 has the Panoramic roof, how does the Union Jack flag go on with this? Is it only for MINI's without the sunroof? And if it does work with the sunroof, is it transparent from the inside?

And how do the side mirror union jack caps go on?

I may not go this route, but I would like to know how it works...

 

You can have it done either way. Check out http://www.aestheticreations.net You can get just the sunroof done with perforated vinyl so that you can still see through it or you can get the whole roof done but I don't know if they can do the sunroof part perforated and the rest of the roof solid and still have it look right. Ask Mike from Aesthetic Creations, he can tell ya!

 

So the one from MINI doest have this option? Because I checked the site you mentioned and its twice the price of the one from MINI.

 

i just put on a black and silver union jack on herman. he is pure silver with a black roof. i only put the graphic on the sunroof and it looks awsome. i will try to post some picture within the next day or so for you to see

 

I work at a large format print shop and we do window perf all the time. I printed and installed my own, very easy and looks great, let me know if you would like to order from us.....as for the mirror covers outmotoring.com sells the caps with the clips, others are just stick on...also very easy to do

 

if you order something from aesthetic creations...who installs or puts the stripes on for you? i dont think i could do it myself, id prolly screw up. im interested in getting the union jack grey image for the sunroof only

 

I would like to see a picture of a Dark Silver car with the colored union jack roof, union jack side and interior mirrors, and union jack handles. Anyone have that setup? I want to see if its way to much or not....

 

didnt use the coloured union but you can see a black and silver one in my galelry if you want

its anybody knows or where can i find the original part number of these checkered (sunroof) MINI R56/08?? in the mini dealer (mex city) told me about sunroof graphic no small perforated holes, im looking for the perforated one.

You can get them from Cooper Flags. Their on the vendor list. That's where I got mine.

Mine have the perforation (holes) in it. Thats why I put them on the side windows. From the inside I looks like you have tinted windows. You can hardly tell the out side has checkers.
