Great customer sevice from CROSS!!!

I was lucky enough to find a really good deal on a brand new set of Cross Coilovers through a 3rd person private sale (thank you Mat!)

Unfortunately when I got them, although new in box, they had the wrong dampeners on the rears. Also unfortunate, there was no way for me to know this until after I put them on and found the rears actually lifted my poor mini . No problem I thought, just need to adjust them.... wrong, after lowering them ALL the way it was still at stock height

Now I was getting a little nervous, but called Cross anyway to see what they had to say. The first thing they asked, "did you buy them off ebay?"

"No", I replied, now thinking I am doomed, I reluctantly add, "it was though a third party private sale, they were new in the box though".

To my relief, I hear a response of, "No problem"

After a series of trouble shooting questions and sitting on hold for all of 2 minutes, he says, "we'll get some new dampeners out to you ASAP"

From there it took a few weeks, they ended up taking the dampeners out of a complete coilover set they had so I wouldn't have to wait any longer. But they followed through and all is installed and great now!

I am very impressed they took such good care of me when they were not purchased through an authorized dealer. A BIG thank you to Cross!

Oh, and........ YES, I LOVE THEM!!!

It's nice to hear when a manufacturer / vendor backs their product that well. It's even better when the plan comes through in the end. Happy motoring!
