Been Quite Around Here - How about a get-together?
Been a little quite around here, and I was wondering if any of the Omaha area folks (or anyone who happens to be in town) would be up for a get together this weekend at one of the area Sonics. My preference would be the one on 72nd and Harrison - it has a great side lot. Maybe Saturday (6/7) afternoon around 2 or 3?

I would but I have to work Saturday.....
However, if you thought about a Sunday noon I would be up for it. Hey it is only 5 hours of motoring round trip.

Maybe we could break out a drive somewhere after? I will try to get hold of a few others through the welcome to CORN list.

Darn it, depends on the weather for me. There is the Yellow Ribbon Ride (for motorcycles) on Sunday which is a pretty large event. If the weather doesn't look that great for it, then I'll join you all at noon, otherwise I will be on that ride instead. If you guys plan on anything else later try to post a message if possible and I'll see if I can join in.

I went out for a drive tonight not realizing that it was going to get stormy. Minden to Grand Island via Hwy 30. Then back to Kearney on I 80. South on 44 to Axtell area then back to Minden on Hwy 34.
I was a storm leaver not a chaser. Just stayed out of reach of those bad ice ***** falling out of the sky.
I will check the weather in the morning before I leave and post here if I am going to make it to Omaha.
