FYI - When I booked my room to arrive on the 25th instead of the 26th, it reflected a different rate. I called the hotel and they said the group rate was sold out for the 25th. So reserved a room from the 26th to the 28th at the $89 rate. Then prepaid for the night of the 25th at a rate of $99.99 a night.

 

I have to check and see if Noni Juice Lady is going to be there this year, other than that, I'm in!

 

OOOPPPSSS. I forgot to do the 25'th. Otherwise Weeezy and I are in.

 

I am in. I got an email from Snooter AKA"Barry" letting me know it was open. I am looking forward to going down, seeing Mickey... the noni juice lady.. and so many other things, if I mentioned them it wouldn't be a suprise!

 

My vacation day for Friday has been approved. Hotel room is booked. You guys are stuck with me for this one now.

 

Cool! I'm so glad my other child (John) will be joining us...now if I can just get the kids (Carol, John, & Trace) to behave, we should have a good time.

HM.... behaving is not in this schedule.. I call shotgun for ice cream, as long as Sharon doesn't get to pick a place for us to drive to.. I cannot remember the name of the place in TN.. but it doesn't stop me from having nightmares.. although it was worth it in the long run.. the ice cream was superb!

Got a email from Sunshine, they have the hotel situation cleared. If you do it online use MM4 and it should give the 89 dollar rate for Thursday. If you call tell them you are there for Mickey & Mini and MM4. I tried with no luck. still working on getting the 89 dollar for thursday.

 

I just spoke to them at the hotel... and had her add my thursday booking to my reservations.. they did it with no problem. So if your having issues please call 1-407-239-1144. Ask for sales- they will transfer you to the appropriate person.

I just spoke to the hotel and was told that the $89 rate is not available for Thursday because when the event was set up, the special rate was only negotiated for Friday and Saturday night....so I guess we're stuck with the $109 rate for Thursday night. I guess I'll just have to make those styrofoam containers last for a few more meals!

 

Hm.. I spoke to them before you Sharon.. maybe we should just wait until we are all together and have me call.. It doesn't make sense that I would call and a few hours later they give you a different answer.. Im not a happy bunny! I'll call again tomorrow.. get the name of the human that gave me that rate.. and let you all know who she was.

woo hoo!! I am excited! I just got a 2nd job so I can afford to go to Disney!!!!!! Now, I just need to get a room reserved....lol well...the 2nd job was originally to pay for all the dog food my new baby will be eating, but Disney sounds like a good excuse too!

 

I have called 4 times and no one knows what the heck they are talking about. I guess I will just pay the difference or they will change it when I get there???????????????????????????????????????

 

I dont know they are telling you that.... They honored the $89 rate for me coming in on Thursday and leaving Sunday. I just made my reservations. used the code MM4

Now are you all registered for everything? Dinner on Friday and Saturday? I would hate to pay for it and be by myself. If bob can't drive with me then we will be making a plane reservation for him to come in on Friday night and driving back with us on Sunday. So lets hope that works.
