Falken Azenis tire pressure on track
Get a probe type pyrometer, and check your temperatures as you run. Try to get the same temperature on the whole treadcap of the tire.

You can get a pyrometer (Longacre brand is what use) from HMS Motorsport.
Here is a couple tips:
1) you would expect the temperatures across the tire (inside, center, outside) to be uniform. If the center is hotter than the rest, remove pressure, if the outside is hotter, add pressure.
2) You also want the hot pressures to be even across all four tires unless you are trying to cure an understeer/oversteer problem. For understeer, you may want to add 2 psi to the fronts, but make sure (1) still is OK.
For race tires (DOT-R compound), I try to get the hot temps in the 170-180 range. I am not sure
what the temp range is for Falken Azenis.
I would probably start the Falken Azenis with 30-32 psi cold all around, and then adjust after the first track session.

The Azenis doesn't like too much heat - in the 130 range.
I use pressure to get temp, and camber to get even temp across the contact patch, but that's just technique.
For the Azenis, I have had very good success with 35 front and 37 rear on a stock set up. I have tried different pressures at the track and autocross both higher and lower, and with chalk, a pyrometer and good old seat of the pants, these pressures have worked the best for me on several different cars.
Hope that helps!

It depends on where you understeer, entry or steady state. This tire pressure set up is what has yielded the best track times and car feel. I have tried going the other way, and in fact started out with that split, but ended up swapping to get better initial turn-in characteristics.
Hope that helps!
