This is just a thread to let everyone show the uniqueness of their MINI. It may have already been done on MCO, if so, maybe people who didn't post last time will this time. OK, for example I am the only MINI at--

My Work- Retirement Community
The softball park where I help coach
My School- David Lipscomb University
My Hometown-Kingston Springs, TN

If you can think of more interesting places that our MINI stands out, post 'em! These are all that I could think of and they are the places that as far as I know no one else has the joy of Motoring in their cery own MINI!!

I have the only MINI in the OTHER social group I hang with. To people who don't know me, I'm known as "the girl with the MINI. And she LOVES to talk about it!"

I've also got the only MINI in my family. My nephews have discovered how cool it is to spend time with their aunt!

I pretty much stand out everywhere I go. There are only 2 other MINI's that I have seen my 8 months of ownership (a SG MC and a DS MCS--if you wanted to know). So I guess that would make me stand out at my school, shopping centers, etc. My car still gets VERY much attention .

Yea, I get a lot of attention whereever I go, too. I forgot about a few other times that I have drawn a curious crowd-

Wow, you right, I never have seen an all EB MINI. Huh? That's cool. Post pics when you get it.

My MINIhune was the ONLY MINI at last weekend's SCCA Hawaii Autocross.
A few H stockers asked how it handled and noted that the MINI dominated HS in the mainland.(Apparantly not in Hawaii)

I hope this isn't too off-topic for this thread. I see several MINIs in my area, since we have a great dealership (Eastbay MINI/BMW) just a couple of miles away. BUT, we just did a 2500 mi road trip from central Cal to the San Juan Islands in Wasington state.

During that entire drive (up and back), my MINI was the only MINI on the road, at the motels, at the resturants, and on the ferries.

EXCEPT! When we arrived on San Juan Island (maybe 20 mi long, 6-7 mi wide), I saw a pair of familiar headlights coming toward me. It was another MINI, but not just another MINI. It was BRG w/bonnet stripes, exactly like mine! We flashed headlights and waved at each other and I didn't see it again the entire time I was on the island.

Are you sure you were't looking at your reflection in a building?

Isn't it great seeing other MINIs on the road?! I love that we wave, flash lights or honk at each other. The only other drivers I know with this kind of comradery are Harley riders and Corvette owners. However, when my dad used to have his 73 corvette, people would just give a cool wave. I love how MINI owners are excited to see each other.

Nah. I don't think there are any buildings on the island with windows large enought to even reflect a whole MIN. However, as quick and nimble as these cars are, the wife and did joke that we might be meeting ourselves coming around the island in the other direction.

Surprisingly, I've seen more EB/EB than I have EB/B. There are several EB/EB in SoCal...

There is at least one EB/EB here in Miami. Dealer tried to sell it to me but I was stuck on EB/W.

Only one in Homestead (work).

Only one that dented his door after six weeks of ownership
(getting bloo back today)

There are only a couple of other Minis in my part of the state and I almost never see them on the road. Those guys are CRAZY to let them sit in the garage. I have honked and waved at a few when traveling. I am three hours from a dealer. It is fun to have a unique car, but I wish my dealer was closer. You guys are the only Mini owners I've talked with. (Ya know... I gotta find me a rally to attend.)
