I am thinking about getting white bonnet stripes for my LiB MCS when it arrives. I have a body colored roof and have not seen any pictures of cars with that combination (body color roof and white bonnet stripes). If anyone has this and can post, I would appreciate it very much!

Ive seen a solid blue MINI, with black stripes, It looked good. Not sure about white. Go to the MINI USA configurator and do it, that should give you an idea

 

a hyper blue car with white roof and stripes but could only get one with body coloured roof (left over canadian combos). Because I knew that I wanted stripes I eventually gave into a pure silver car with black stripes. My thinking was that since it had a sunroof (which is so large) that would kind of act like a black roof on the car to tie the stripes in. I took this combo over the hyper blue that I wanted because I thought that white stripes on it would just look out of place with a slightly black roof from the sunroof. Just my opinion though. If you've got a sunroof go black.

 

Thanks for the info! I do not have a sunroof so that's not an issue. I did try the configurator - at first I didnt' think it would let me pick bonnet stripes with a body colored roof, but it did let me pick them as an "accessory" on the last stage (instead of on the first stage). Anyway, I thought it looked pretty good.

 

Did you ask your MA if they could add the stripes during dealer prep? Mine is dark silver body and roof, but I wanted the black stripes. Dealer threw them in along with some other freebies.
