how to upload pictures
Mark,
The magic part is that you have to upload your photo somewhere else (flickr, personal web space, free web space from your ISP, etc) then use the image icon in the posting toolbar here to input the URL for your photo.
Looks like ""
Some folks have uploaded photos into their NAM user gallery and then obtained the URL of the photo from the gallery, then used that in their post.
Never mind, just use MINIAC's better suggestion below...

How do I include a picture from a gallery in a post? If you want to include a picture in a post, and that picture is not already hosted elsewhere on the Internet, do the following:
- Upload your picture into your member gallery or a particular album
- Once it has been uploaded you have two options to consider:
- Use the thumbnail of the picture in your post
- Use the full-size version of the picture in your post
- Next, go to the post where you want to insert the image.
- Click on the
button when editing your post, paste the URL into the box provided, and click OK. - Your image should now appear in your post.
- Check the URL of the image to make sure it is correct.
- To change the image in your post simply edit the post, highlight the area of the image, and click the
button to make changes to the URL displayed.
