Poor Poor MINIs

 

wow that sucks! I just heard from my friend that her brothers friend died when he hit a tree in his mini. This was in Nor Cal, anyone up there see this on the news or anything?

Does anyone have any more severe accident stories and photos???

 

Anyone else notice that these pictures are all of MCS?
It's good if the MINIs take all the damage and the people are relatively protected.
It's not cool for the opposite to be true esp in a car made in 2002 or later.

 

When I ordered my car, the salesman told me of a guy who'd just called him on the phone. He had picked up his MCS 2 weeks before. He was ordering the exact same car because he'd wrecked it. Was in heavy traffic, a lady changed lanes and he had no where to go. He ran his MINI off the road to avoid her and had hit a phone pole. He had just heard from the insurance company that it was totalled so he was ordering another one just like the first one...

he was ok, physically that is!
I'm sure he was mentally nerved out of his mind!
They'd have to give me a pill!

Hummm seems like the S doenst handle as well as the regulars... either that or the S drivers are more insane...

It says body damage everywhere. Minor suspension damage to bolt on parts!
