Today I had a clear bra installed at Auto SuperShield on my new '08 MCS and it was an uplifting experience.
I am extremely please with the professional installation and quality of the 3M paint protection film they used.
Although the word clear means naturally clear so I took some pics of the installers showing the work being performed.From start to finish:

 

Would you mind PM-ing me what the clear bra costed you and which parts of the car were covered? We are taking delivery in a little over a week and I want to have our MCS covered as well. Thank you

 

Our Dealer installed the ClearBra on Molly (justacooper) prior to taking delivery for $895. I would highly recomend having it done at the dealer before you take delivery, that way you won't have to worry about it later. There maybe more work involved if paint chips have to be covered before the ClearBra is installed.

 

Looks good...I think the CB is totally worth the expense...I hate those little pits that form on the front after repeated collisions with rocks and other road stuff.

 

i can't tell...but it looks like only half the hood was done. unless JCR will correct me by saying its a full hood wrap...

 

I was originally going to go with a 1/4 hood CB which would have been just above the headlights but at the last minute for just a bit more $$ I got the half hood wrap which is more sufficient for protection.I plan on getting the front bumper done prior to driving up to Minnesota from Florida in a couple of weeks for my daughter's high school graduation.

I just picked up my new/first Mini yesterday at Mini of Peabody Ma and they charged $650. Hope to have windows tinted this week. What a fun little car to drive
