New MINI owner and new member of M2C2
I picked up my new baby, an Oxygen Blue MC, on Friday at Hendrick MINI of Charlotte. Pics are in my gallery.
I also joined your group while I was at Hendrick. I live in Columbia. Looking forward to participating in your events!

Yes, this is my first MINI. I guess I have so many posts, jvandewark, because I was one of those OCD newbies who needed a lot of hand-holding during the production/delivery process: 9+ weeks of waiting for Christmas to come to this 3-year-old. It has, and I'm much calmer now.

Oxybluecoop, Welcome to the area. From Matthews you'll be a quick shot to Hendrick MINI. I think you'll find relief in the cost of housing here, based on my knowledge from travels to Fairfax and Reston.

Hi to both newbies, just got back a couple hours ago from the DRAGON with my fellow club members. We stayed in the Lodge, in Cabins and some braved mother nature and stayed in the campground. CarolinaCooper just watch out for Lilruffcat our Columbia, SC VP. Starbucks makes her loose it!!!!! And yea, MIACOOPER just won at her 1st MINI Car show, matter of fact we had a guy win Best of Show and 1st thru 4th went to the Mini Motoring Club of the Carolinas LADY'S! Luke, Prez

Congrats to MIA and the other M2C2 winners! Hope to see some pics of the event.
