I'm looking around for an outdoor movie theater, there are several here in Asheville, but are there any in Charlotte? What I was thinking was dinner and a movie with the club, but we would have to find a theater that would play a movie that we wanted... Anyone know where I'm going with this? I was shooting for sometime in June where it would be a nice warm night out. What do you all think?
We rented an inflatable screen and a dvd projector from the local rental place , set it up at a car show for when it got dark ... pretty sweet for $100

I like the idea. I called the Belmont Drive-In and they have a whole list of upcoming movies, but do not say when they are playing. Currently playing is Forbidden Kingdom and 21. We could always do the Dairy Queen like we did for the McAddenville Christmas lights.
There is one in Shelby NC on US 74. They are alot of fun, but I never did like backing in with the lights off, or having to cram 5 people in the trunk and then trying to be quite while one payed! Thats a great idea Ben, college seems to actually helping your thinking process!
I spoke to a coworker that lives in Belmont and she says you pay by the car now instead of per person like you used to. She mentioned hiding people in the trunk also. She also mentioned you can pick up a bucket of chicken at the Colonel's or burgers from Dairy Queen and take it in with you.
If anyone is interested in a large inflatable screen that 1,000 people
can view in their cars or sitting on the lawn contact robert@sterlingaudiovisual.com in the Winston-Salem area. This would
be a great way to do a Mini Driv-in Movie.
