Well, don't keep a secret - what mods/maintenance were you doing right before the problem started?
I would start by check all of the vacuum hoses under the hood to make sure they haven't come loose or developed cracks/splits. A small vacuum leak can cause a low, rough idle - even if it's not bad enough to throw an engine light.
Once you have the engine speed up above idle, does it feel okay?

i may be totally wrong and someone please correct me if i am, but the car will take a ltitle time to adjust to the bolt ons especially the pulley, i dont know from experience for my pulley was on when i got my mini, but i have searched and read many times on the pulley doing that and should pass as the ecu starts to accept the extra air flow and adjusts accordingly

The ECU does "adjust" for things like A/F ratio, engine octane, ambient temperature, etcetera, but all of those adjustments are virtually instantaneous and being made continuously as you drive the car. I don't think the ECU does any long-term "learning" or "adapting" to your driving habits or engine modifications.
