I just tried the number... weird sort of sounds that make me think it's being forwarded to somebody's cell phone somewhere.... then when the voice mail message comes on, all it says is something close to "leave a message".... never identifies anyone or any company. Hope that's the right number.

I called.. it went to music. which was nice.. kinda.. and then went to voicemail.. left a msg.. and lets hope I get a call!Otherwise.. in all reality... and this is being as patient as I can.. I will contact my CC co. and put in a claim to get the money back.. I would hate to do it.. but what else can you do? Somebody in/near LA needs to pay this fool a visit. His address is near Dodger Stadium.. might not be such a great area (big surprise), or then again it might be fine. 20-30 angry Samoans need to drop in unannounced and "persuade" some answers out of this pencil-putz.
Well it's almost Christmas and still no pj's.. They were supposed to arrive before Christmas..Whats up with that co.?I tried calling that phone number, but no luck.. It kept on ringing and ringing.. No answer..I placed my order in may, so I guess i'am out of luck for a refund...That co. sucks, BIG TIME...
They were once a vendor here, but no longer are - there's a reason for that. I would recommend a search to view their history here. It's not pretty.
I personally purchased from them twice with no issues, but there were literally dozens of people here waiting for months on end for merchandise that never came.

If you paid by CC, you may try calling your CC company and explaining you were pre-ordering something that was supposed to arrive by Christmas. They may honor it due to the circumstances. If you paid via PayPal, you might be able to do the same thing - but due to the time you may be out of luck.
If enough people put their heads together and filed at the same time, it would draw a lot of attention to him as well. If it's more the principal than the money, several of you may get together to file small claims as another option, although it's probably not worth the time/effort/money.
In addition, I *always* recommend working with the BBB. They are good at leaning on retailers and while they won't guarantee it'll make a difference, every time they get a report it puts a proverbial "black mark" next to the name of the retailer.

So glad I'm not the only person who didn't get PJ's. Sent 5 emails back in Sept and then in Oct filed a complaint with cc. Hopefully we will get our money back. Bummed...really want the PJ's. Oh well back to boring PJ's.

I have ordered items which did not come in. I am trying to find a good number or fax number for my subpoena to them for this theft which I will do my best to prosecute under Texas felony internet laws. Any info would be appreciated guys. This vendor has got to learn that you cant steal money by not sending items.
