My MINI is having a little work done to it, and they gave me a Nissan Sentra for a loaner car. I've had this car about 12 hours and I already miss my MINI. I tried taking a corner I normally take in my MINI and the Sentras tires started squealing pretty bad. Nothing compares to the handling of the MINI.

 

A Sentra?? I've heard people post that they have been given BMWs as loaners...

Is it wrong to expect a car a little more valuable than a Sentra as a loaner after spending 30k on a MINI??

 

Well I bought my MINI used from a Nissan dealership so they handle the loaner car. They guy said if I would have taken It to BMW or MINI I would have gotten a better car but its just for a couple days I can live with it

 

Well, BMW isn't going to work on your MINI, you have to take it to a MINI Dealer, but that being said, most MINI dealers won't give you a loner car since you didn't buy the car from them. In fact I don't know of a dealer in SoCal that gives out loaner cars to people that don't buy cars from them (And there are 5 that I know of).
