The lounge leather is sooooo classy, especially with the off-color/white piping. Prost, that HC looks unbelievable!

I too have the Redwood Red -- love it! It's $$ well spent IMO

 

Got the Redwood Red on my PW MCS, not only is it comfortable, it looks great!

 

My SS/B Clubman is on a ship out in the ocean somewhere- sporting Carbon Black Lounge Leather (the piping with cream color line looks good together)
Am I the only black leather mini out there?

 

I have Lounge Red also, but it is more a burnt orange. A fellow Mini owner said it reminded him of a new baseball glove

 

I also ordered Black Lounge Leather - not what I was intending! But I was surprised at how comfortable it was *and* it looks so nice with the piping. I just couldn't resist. I think it will look great with the LB (is that LiB or LB? Lightning Blue).

Thats exactly what I thought. It's gonna be hard to sleep with my MINI oiled up, wrapped with a rubber band, and tucked under my mattress for a month!

Hi I'm a newbie! I just placed my order on R55 with this exact combo color of exterior and interior. How do you think the Lounge Leather will wear out in time, especially with the Hot Chocolate color? Do you think it will wear out better than the leatherette seating? I know it looks hot brand new, but I'm concern how long it will keep it's look after a few years of wear & tear?

Hi everyone! I just got my JCW and I love the RR Lounge Leather. BUT, I think my Mini may be a freak! The interior side panels are black, not red! My MA thinks the factory made a mistake and he's trying to find out what happened. I really like the black panels so I'm not going to complain. Anyone else with LL look like my Bigelow?

Chowdah.. I think they made a mistake too! I haven't seen one like yours and on the miniusa site - it automatically changes the door panels to the redwood once you choose that leather for the seats!

 

I ordered the black lounge leather in my PW/B MC that's either sitting in port at Baltimore, tapping its wheels to get back out on the open sea towards the Panama Canal, or out there on the open sea. Should have him sometime after mid-August (still seems a long way off!)

Chowdah, I think your config makes your MINI that much more YOU-nique! I think your hybrid RR/B combo looks swell!

 

Definitely YOU-nique is right! That "mistake" should be an option for those who want an all black/gray interior!

 

Since you have the RR, it will be interesting to see what color panels your baby will have! My MA told me he's heard of mis-matched interior panels ... like one side red, the other side black. That would be wild!
