When I call it up the silver Mini with all the dress up items comes up, along with text to key on to enter MiniUSA. When I key on this a red box with the Mini exblem inside come up. If I key again on the enter MiniUSA text inside the box, the box just blinks and nothing happens. Months ago I could surf the site with no problems. I cleaned up my hard drive and got rid of cookies and what I thought was unused stuff. Maybe I screwed something up. :???:

after clicking on the "enter MINIUSA" text on the main page, another window should open for you with all the configurators, owners lounge, etc. The main page displays the red box. Are you sure another window didn't pop up? It's working for me.

OK, This is the page I saved as a Favorite!

MINI-USA

Also check your computer for a "Pop Up" killer. If you have software, like Free Surfer, etc... that kills pop up windows, then you can't get into MINI-USA until you put the MINI-USA URL on your OK list. Then your Pop Up killer will allow that MINI-USA window to pop open! or like a friend of mine does, he just turns off his Free Surfer, goes and looks at MINI-USA and then when he leaves, it turns it back on.

Then once you are there you can go to the Owners Lounge!!
Have fun!

Do you have some sort of pop-up blocker? To access miniusa.com on my computer I have to hold down the control key and click on the link.

If you are using Nortons Internet Security and have Ad Blocking active then you will have to disable it. Or if you are using anything similar to this you will have to do the same thing.

Thanks so much. I few weeks ago i downloaded a free pop-up stopper from panicware.com. It works great, sometimes a little to great I guess. Disabled it and now the site works fine......Problem, now that I can configure a Mini just like mine I'm second guessing my choice of BRG. Being a metallic color it cost an additional $400. Could have gotten one of my other two favorites, red or yellow, for no extra cost....decisions-decisions

Thanks for the help.
