Joe was my salesman. He was too busy to call me back on an issue with my title. 4 people later and the problem might be corrected. Kinda hard to earn 5 star MINI experience, when a week later, you're too busy to call a customer back.

Told me Thursday (Dan) he would Fed Ex title, Sat no title!!!! Looks like a trip to Princeton to talk to the head dog! Nothing pisses me off more than, No service after the sale, and lying to me! Anyone thinking of using Princeton MINI......Think twice!

 

I've used Princeton MINI before and I never had problems with Dan saying he'd do something or saying he'd call me back and then not doing it. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I recommend you get Jeremy on the phone...don't call on Friday though as that is his day off.

When I was waiting for my title, a card came in the mail saying it was ready, but unfortunately the card came a little too late. I called Jeremy and he FedExed it to me overnight.

 

They have til Monday, then I make phone calls and a road trip. I'm on a time crunch with getting out of state tags, 13 days left on tag. Have to ship to Ohio (if they didn't do it) then have tags shipped back to Jersey. I can't get base sticker til I have my registration.

Just pisses me off, waited 45 minutes for salesman buying car, said I'd take it, no financing on their part, was a breeze of a sale. Then getting jacked around, no return phone calls, we'll Fed Ex it, still no title. So right now, have a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

Funny thing is, friend very interested in buying a MINI, guess I will guide him to another Dealership.

 

yeah no matter what happens, make sure you tell Jeremy everything. It's important for him to know that you weren't happy with Joe.

 

Trust me, the Air Force has taught me well, everything documented!
