well i ordered my mini clubman last month and it will be here this week, so my parents out of the blue just bought one last night, a clubman in nightfire red. from the same dealer. so we are getting a one way rental and driving down together and driving them back....about 2hrs.

how crazy is that. they loved the mpg and the overall styling, and coming from a new MDX, they couldnt justify the gas.

i couldnt be happier 2 new mini is one week. my salesman was excited too. thru in roof racks for free-

Gee, I wonder if my parents will want one. They're not please with the mileage on their '98 Lesabre, but the car runs well and they don't drive that much. They're both retired, so they're not in any hurry to spend any money on a new car. But maybe after they ride in my Clubbie... who knows!

 

I almost had my parents in a Clubman...but the closest dealer to them is 2+ hours and they did not want to deal with that.... So, my mom will keep her VW Bug...

Very nice. Nightfire red is a beutiful color and I bet it will be rare in the future as it is limited to the Cooper Clubman.
