Pic request! Anthracite interior w/chrome dash rings

anyone have a anthracite dash with chrome dash rings. Thinking of purchasing rings and would like to see first.

i made this mistake. it does not look good. i don't have photos but was very regretful of the purchase and returned them at a loss.

I like the look. Take a look in my gallery. I have this set-up. I think it looks much better than with the anthracite rings. I've had many complements.

I think it depends on what look your going for.

Did ONLY the Tach and Speedo, still have the rest in a box.
I have a solid polished stainless gearshift **** from Whalen shift machine.
Makes a great paper weight or weapon when off the car...

Well...long story-short, if you have a Short-Shift kit installed and do any kind of sport driving you may find it to be a bit heavy....put three rolls of quarters in your hand, that's about the weight of the shifter.
The only other draw back is that I had to get used to how incredibly easy it was to put the car in reverse, especially with the SS kit......
BUT the shifter is possibly the finest piece of hardware on the car, seriously Whalen's stuff is very high quality, fit and finish.
It even gives you the feeling that the transmission shifts more smoothly.

I'll put it back on, now that I talked myself into it again....

I bought the chrome plated billet aluminum rings from Moss, kind of pricey, but they are just chrome rings instead of the full covers like the oem kit, so it's a little more subtle. Got them for the tach, speedo, gearshift base, steering wheel hub, seat heater buttons, and front door speakers. I don't have many interior pics, so these will have to do. Oh yeah good to see a couple of fellow PhillyMINI posters in this thread.

looks good for what it is..But as for me i dont really prefer chrome for me. But great pics and thanks for sharing..
