Farewell 02 LY MCS Ovrezee... HELLO!! 06 JCW Competiton Edition #20/64
Well after a fun 18 months with my 02 MCS (pic below) I was really feeling the urge to pick up an 05 or 06 as I'm not the biggest fan of the 07>.

So when this baby came up I had to have it! Here in Canada we didn't get the 06 JCW GP, we got our own version (rear seat included which I needed). 64 total came to Canada all preordered and sold before arrival. 32 blue with white roof's and 32 CR/W. The reason for only 64 was to celebrate the 1964 Mini cooper winning the Monte Carlo. They are called JCW Competition Edition and mine is #20. They came with JCW engine kit for 210HP, JCW suspension, JCW full aero body kit, JCW carbon shifter and ebrake handle and to make this one even more rare the original owner added the factory JCW header (more powa!), had the leatherette swapped out for the English Panther Leather(nice!), added the factory rally lights and had the fenders paint matched.
Funny I've only had two Mini's and both have had the paint matching fenders. Here' s a link the full story of the Competition Edition if you're interested:

My username used to be Ovrezee
For some reason the 1st owner gave up the original webspoke wheels and went with the white, which I'm not crazy about so I've ordered a set of these 18"s:

Here's a few pics (more in my gallery) and I'll post some more when I get the new shoes installed hope you like it thanks
BTW the car only has 16,000kms ( approx 10,000 miles)

Nah No need to be jealous! Guys.............................Envious maybe!!!
They will be for sale as I'm probably going to 16" for winters but shipping would be very
. So I'll probably try selling locally first.
