nope you have to cut the bumpstops in half to reclaim the suspension travel that has been reduced by the springs. I never cut the bumpstops so i felt them all the time

It's hard to get a "smooth" ride with springs on our car. With the limited amount of travel.....all the springs out there have you riding on your bumpstops (unless you install an aftermarket bumpstop or cut the OEM bumpstop). The car only has about 1.9" of travel and the springs are lowering your car 1"-1.5".

If it helps at all know this . I would say that 80% of the people who bought the springs have stayed with the stock shocks. This would put you in the same situation as 100's of others .Cutting the bump stops is a must though.

I have 37,000 miles on my "04" with 25,000 of those with the M7 springs and stock struts, never any indication that the struts were unhappy, I did cut the bump stops. Just installed the M7 coil-overs today and the improvement in ride and handling are commensurate with the price.

If you are looking for a high performance suspension with full adjustments from stock ride to ground hugging canyon runs, you may want to research Megan Racing Coilovers. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...uct/233/cat/70

Cut the bumpstops and you will be fine. I like the way my TSW springs ride on stock shocks, and coilovers are a costly endeavor. I would cut the bumpstop and be happy with that.

Also, you could always get some koni yellow further down the road. Megan racing coilovers aren't bad, but they do need different springs to truly be comfortable. At least that has been my experience with them on a 240 SX and a S2000.

How about H&R coilovers if you really want a decent set of matched springs and shocks and want it on a budget?
