Is it some sort of Mr Bean as James Bond film? I can only imagine the annoying but funny Mr Bean as an international spy.

Rowan Atkinson is much cooler as BlackAdder than Bean (but Been does have the Mini with the padlock option).

 

From the previews I've seen, it's not a Mr Bean character as a spy, it's a typical Rowan Atkinson role. More like an Inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers Pink Panther movies) type character.
No idea if there will be MINIs or Minis in it.

I saw Johnny English three months ago (it came out in Mexico before U.S. release).

I'm sorry to report that there are no MINIs in it, though there is an Aston Martin.

The movie (unfortunately) has nothing to do with the Mr. Bean Character, and Rowan Atkinson talks a whole lot throughout the movie. I'm a big Mr. Bean fan, and was quite disappointed.
Definitely not his best work, it's only mildly amusing at times and it's basically a kids' movie.
If you have kids they might enjoy it.

It is worth it if you're a Natalie Imbruglia fan, though...
