H&R Lowering Springs

Looking to get some H&R lowering springs for my '03 MCS.

I'd love to see pics from anyone who has this set up.

Please also state whether you have the green (30mm) or red (35mm) springs...

Cheers,

Jake

I have H&R (green) lowering springs on my 03 MCS and love them! The ride is actually smoother than the stock springs, but as soon as you push it a little in a corner, the car settles in quickly and the H&R springs provides excellent handling! I really love them! If you want to go an extra step, get a good rear swaybar and you won't believe what a MINI can do in a corner! lol

I have the green springs. I thought the green were the only size available for the MINI. Where are the red springs (lower drop) available?

Jake,

I have a used set of green springs that I had planned to put on my car but have decided against it (my nose scrapes as is pulling in my driverway). If you're intested in a used set of green springs drop me a PM.

Can't seem to PM for some reason... How used are they? How much for the set?

There are also red springs available, which drop the car 40mm rather than the 30mm of the green.

Can you post some photos of your mini on the greens?? Cheers,

Jake

Im about to install some promini (h&r) springs and was going to hold off for some new bilstein struts. I was wondering if you used your stock struts?

Dark, what is the model number of the springs you have there? I just called H&R and they said the greens "sit too low at the back" so just want to make sure I get the same ones you've got!

Do you have a glass roof by the way? Perhaps that makes a difference?
