Hey guys,
I posted last year, and now I'm posting this year. I've got friends who perform with a comedy improv group known as the Rodents of Unusual Size. One of these friends just bought a cooper, so by supporting the show you're also supporting the MINI5280 community.

Since my friends are slackers and haven't gotten the information up I'm doing my part to inform those of you who wish to be informed.

For anyone interested (like some of you at our last meeting), the next show is tomorrow January 16th. Doors open at 7:15, they'll have some sort of opening act (15 minutes) and then the real show begins. So come on down and laugh!

Speaking of February, this is a reminder that the next show is this upcoming Wednesday, February 20. Same song and dance as before, opening act begins at 7:15, main show at 7:30. I think they've got an actor friend coming in to do some Groucho Marx bits for the opener, should be pretty funny.

Sadly, I'm not sure that we can make it this month; we've got some friends getting married and are committed to a food tasting or such that night. If anything changes you can bet your bottom I'll be there, an hopefully you will too.

I'll drop a reminder post next week, for those of you as forgetful as I am.

 

Nearly a last minute reminder. The show is tonight, so head down if you can, make sure to say hi to Deletta, our fellow MINI owner.

Unless we're done really early (doubtful) then we won't be at the show; doesn't mean that you folks can't go though. Get out and laugh!

 

NEWS FLASH!

This month's show hs been re-scheduled! Apparently there is a bigger show in need of their usual night, so they were pushed up a week instead.

Wednesday March 12th the Rodents are playing again. We will be making the show this time; for anyone coming to the meeting Tuesday, it's only a few blocks away, so easy to get to.

Same song and dance about the time and cost; I'll post next week for a reminder. Really laughing is fun, you should try it sometime.

Edit: I just learned that it will have an Irish theme, so think Green!

In other news, in June they're putting on a two night charity event benefiting Smile Train. A charity dedicated to providing corrective surgeries to children with cleft lips and paletes. I'd recommend checking in at their website for more information on this event.

Since I'm in a :BUMP:ing mood today, here's another bump. Tomorrow night (5/21) the Rodents are playing again. Hope to see some of you there.
