R50/53 Fender Markers

Fender Markers

Does anyone know how to take these off?

They're hot-glued on from the back of the arch. The little tabs you see in that pic go through guide holes and the glue is applied to those. I had to make the switch when i was changing front bumpers and i just scraped the glue off a bit and they fell right out

Can you see the glue from the back side from in the fender? Or do I have to use a screwdriver to kinda pry the out? I'm not trying to take the fenders off...

I was messing those today. I was pulling. Now it makes sense glued on.

I'm pretty sure the inner fender liner blocks you view of them. You might wanna wait for someone else to chime in....maybe they've tried prying them out.

They are under the inner fender liner...

It has been a while but I think the stock front use nuts and the rears use glue.

The aftermarket replacements (tinted , clear etc) use nut on front and rear

Mine's an 05 if that makes a difference...

Ok, the front one's I can see have a nut on them...

The back ones are covered, I'll poke around with it in the morning in the light.
