Anybody else getting blisters from the MINI shift ****. It gets soooo hot sitting in the sun here!!!! (Texas) I'm guessing others (...like Whalen) are similar. Any suggestions for saving my poor palms? (...I'm tired of trying to shift my grabbing the leather bits with my fingertips when I shift.....bad form.

Just drop a glove over it when you exit the vehicle. Better yet, tape the 1st, 3rd, and 4th fingers down.
