Mike here. I own an old 1987 Classic Mini , 61 Land Rover + normal humdrum daily drivers and have always kinda liked the new MINI, however the prices are through the roof here in my province. Even an 02 plain MINI COOPER with 120,000 kms on it starts around $15k, so still quite pricey. Not even a MINI dealership within 5 hours drive of here (closest afaik is Halifax, NS)

Just thought I would finally check out this site after hearing the name bantered about a lot over :impatient on www.minimania.com and see if there are any deals kicking around and what folks are paying.

Hey Mike! What's up? I hope you find the info you're looking for here. I like to come over here and see what is shaking on their classic forum. It is slower than the MM board but sometimes you see stuff on here that doesn't make it over there.

Speaking of new MINIs somebody came and looked at the classic I have for sale today. They drove up in a 2007 TURBO charged Mini Cooper S. It was really sweet looking.

 

Welcome to NAM, you appear to be isolated, but don't let that put you off.

A new MINI has to be in your future. If it works, a nice 05, 06 or a NEW 07/08 would be a fine fit. Your choice, my neighbor found a nice OB/W MC for a little under 19K new, here in Colorado.
