... Winter blockheater?

I've just got one question where is it? 2004 MCS

If they dont come with one I'm in trouble. I've seen it get down to -52C with the windchill here. (Winnipeg)

Sorry, they don't come with them from the factory (even with the "Cold Weather" package. You'll likely have to install one yourself.

I moved from Winnipeg a little over a year ago. I drove my 03 MINI it's first winter without a block heater and it always started, and it was always outside.

I did get a block heater though the second winter, and it was great, as it warms the water jacket, and not the engine oil. When you start the car, you have warmish air blowing right away.

After I moved down here, it started to leak coolant, so I had it pulled out and replaced with the normal frost plug.

Windchill does not affect cars, only people. Still, it has to get pretty darn cold for that sort of windchill.

You will have to get one installed after delivery, unfortunately.
