Xenon Light help!!!

So I have a 2003 MCS and I am replacing my 02-04 xenons with 05-06 xenons. As far as I was aware of this is simply a plug and play swap. But its not working as I had hoped for. Before I took out my old xenons I unplugged them and plugged in the new ones and tested them. Nothing happened all i heard was the auto leveler make adjustments. Other than that though...the high beams and low beams arent working. Am I missing a wire connection?? I think I put the bulbs in the right way. Can someone please help me? I know there are several people on here whohave done this swap. Can you give me some insight? Thanks in advance.....

That's strange.. it should jsut be plug and play.... but if you had to swap the bulbs then make sure all the grounds and other connections are right... just double check everything... and tripple... and and and... start over if you ahve to... make sure the old ones still work... and you didn't loose a fuse...etc etc...

hope that helps

Honestly, THe problem was my girlfriend. SHe was sitting in the car turning the light switch oin and off while i was under the hood holding the lights to see if they worked. Of course she was getting really pissed that I asked her to do this in the first place but she didnt turn the key all the way in the ignition. Thats what the real problem was. Later on I went back out to try again and they worked fine. I didnt blame her tho.......I told her I hooked them up wrong before.. Hehe.

Yup, definitely in training for being a good husband.

No you need to learn how to make her think something YOU did was her fault and you'll be all ready for marriage.

Of course, this just reinforces the already prevelant view that all men are stupid! Well, at least dumber than their female couterparts. Whatever happened to "equality". You should let her know she's no smarter than you, or dumber, for that matter.

Yea seriously...We all have to admit that we "bend over" ocasionally. Its all the unecessary fights full of tension and stoborness from years prior that have taught me to just take it sometimes.
