Not sure if this is a drivetrain or electrical question. I have an 03 mcs without cruise. This has the two spoke steering wheel. What do I need to install factory cruise on this car? Do I need a new steering wheel or can I just get the buttons and install them on my wheel? What exactly do I need under the hood? Is this easy or something that a pro should do? Thanks.

Looks like there's a retrofit kit, which will get you the rest of the multifunction switches as well. They're quite handy for the radio

 

I want JCW 3 spoke wheel with cruise

 

my dealer said to install cruise on my car is a $1600 job. that is way more than i would like to pay. if anyone has any suggestions, please help.
