R50/53 Where do I get a new front spoiler??
Where do I get a new front spoiler??
So my '03 Cooper S has a ding/scratches in the front lip, and I'd like to replace it. Unfortunately, I live 1.5 hours from the MINI dealer, so I'd like to find one online. I checked ebay and nearly ever MINI site I can find, but does anyone know where to get a new front spoiler??
(Front spoiler meaning the black trim piece just below the mesh grill... between the foglights.)
Thanks!

Many of the dealers that are vendors here offer discounts and have mail order available for parts.
To find the part # of the item you need check on RealOEM, it's an online BMW/Mini parts guide.
This page is the front bumper. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...63&hg=51&fg=15
For a price thats real close to MSRP go to Pelican Part's website, click on Mini and search the part #. Expect to pay 12-20% less from one the vendors.

They have made changes to the design since 04, i think. You can't get the old design. You will have to buy new corner spats as well as the new lower lip.
Nope....they didnt change the MCS bumper at all since 02.....and they still sell the parts.
The cooper bumpers are the only ones that changed with the facelift.

hmmm...I was just going by what the dealer told me a few months back. I also checked realoem after i spoke to the dealer and sure enough the part is listed as ended. I just looked at some pics of prior 12/04 and post 12/04 cars and they seem to look the same so, who knows whats going on.

It has been ended but there is a part # for the replacement right under it. Often times there is a super secession if the part is now sourced from a different vendor. It still may look the same but be made by someone else.
