tire Air Pressure
I would start by looking at the sidewall of the tire. My 165/60/12 tires give a maximum pressure of only 35 psi, so I keep mine inflated to 30 psi cold. Between 30 -35 is about average, just make sure you stay below the maximum, and remember that as they heat up it will add a few psi.
Owners Manual
The owner's manual agrees with Haynes which say
2.0 bar front, 1.8 bar rear where 1 bar is 14.5 psi - for 175/50/13 RADIALS
non radial 1.7 / 1.6
you can get the owner's manual and shop manual on CD ....
