Did you take it to the dealer to get it repaired?

Looking at your other posts, it looks like this car has been in at least two collisions (one front and one rear) and has had a tree fall on it. Were the damages from these incidents repaired at a shop or are you repairing the damage yourself? Also, were any of the repairs paid for by an insurance company? Or alternatively, was the car ever totalled by an insurance company? Answering these questions may get you a more useful response more quickly.

No kidding. Any chance that "repairable" was totaled somewhere along the line? Sure sounds like a lot of damage was done with multiple issues. I think we need more details!
Probably not really a "dealer being unfair" sounds like one just covering himself.
Try this. Call 866-ASK-MINI and ask how much warranty is left. If they say you still have a warranty, then either take it to another dealer, or have the area rep step in.

Well its off to court we go !! ANY INPUT ?

Please report your power steering pump failure to NHTSA.

Here's the link.

If this is as prevalent as it seems, maybe we can get something done.

If the dealer or a licensed body shop has made the repairs, I can't imagine that they'd cancel the warranty. Keep us updated on this story

The dealer does NOT have the authority to cancel the warranty on your car. Dealerships are owned by individuals, NOT MINI. Only MINI can "Cancel" your warranty, and I use that term loosely. There's really no way for a car manufacturer to just cancel your entire warranty on a whim.

I suggest you read up on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Oh the act with no teeth...

Great to quote, impossibly expensive to defend your rights with.

To the OP, have you called Mini USA to discuss the issue with them?

What do they say if you did?

Given the OP's first post, the car could be salvage title - that would do it.
