IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE
Although I always try to offer some of the best customer service possible, I realize there is always room for improvement!

I've established a new Toll Free number to reach me. This number goes straight to my cell phone most of the time unless I'm out of the country. The number is 1-866-707-9292. While that should be pretty easy to remember, after spending way too much time at the keypad figuring out some clever words, I came up with 1-866-S0S-WAX2. Just remember that it's S ZERO S and not S O S. So next time you need help, give me a ring!
