Go-carts in Trussville?

I can't afford to lose my MINI, so I'll never get to race you good folks. But I had no idea there was (actual) go-karting in Trussville. Would anyone be interested in meeting up here for an event?

If you're ever up in the DC area, we have a killer indoor kart track

Did you see the thing they have for teenagers called the "DUI Experience"??

"We have a presentation where your students can actually experience what it is like to drive a vehicle on their own with the same impairments they would have after consuming 4 beers or smoking one joint of marijuana."

I want to drive THAT cart!

I'd be up for some go-karts some time. Looks like a pretty nice track too!

Roll Tide. I'd suggest getting off 459 at the Derby Parkway exit and riding Queenstown road to the site. I might just go this weekend.

Oh, I'm up for it just about anytime, I just wanted to kindly suggest the way.

Teresa, you're pretty good about setting up events. They do have a concession stand, but I don't think it's Meet-and-eat worthy.

Rode the carts the other night, and they aren't bad. All I can compare them to is the Track at Destin (which totally ROCKS). They were better than ok, but it would be hard to race as they leave the chute one at a time. $6 for 7 minutes.
