Why in the OEM alarm kit does it come with a wiring harness if the car is prewired? I suppose if the pre '05s aren't prewired...

Second question, would the roof motion sensor catch more movement if I removed the black fabric that is on the vent attatched to the cover where the roof sensor is?

Does anybody need a wiring harness that comes with the kit that i didnt need and/or my now spare turn signal stalk?
