Over the wekend I got some Silvania silverstars to upgrade my head lights. I opened the cover plate to access the bulbs. I do not see how to change it out. I did change the one in my 04. But the holder is different on my 06. How do I undo the latch holding the bulb in place?

From what I see its pretty much the same as the '04 according to the Owner's Manuals. There is a slight change. Hope this helps though.

i'd like to know how you like them too. currently i'm using the hoen xenon match bulbs.
i like them but the bulbs are blue and you can see them shining in the reflections when you're standing in front of the car.
and when using high beams they shine a bit too blue.
so tell us how you like them! my friend has them on his prius. they shine like oem but a little whiter and brighter. but i'd like to hear from a mini owner.

 

I had these on y 04 and loved them. I remember them showing a nice white light but I will confirm this when I install them on my 06.

Well I put my new lights in and they do make a difference. I am glad I chaged them out.
