I'm confused. I have an 06 MCS with the auto lights function. I could have sworn that for the last few months I had DRL, because I could see them shining on the car in front of me. Today, I realized that I had no lights on uyet the switch was in auto like it always is. So I checked the manaual and all it said was "if" I had them activated/installed...

How do I find out if they are not activiated vice activated but not working?

PS:My MA never mentioned the re-programming option at the time of delivery and I have my first 10K service due soon...would like to handle these at the same time.

 

You should have been asked if you wanted them. I'd ask for them to be done at your service free of charge. Good luck.

 

I took my MINI into my local dealer (to get my oil changed under warranty)...and mentioned I would like DRL as well....and they did it free of charge!
