Howdy! For those who haven't caught our discussion in the South Jersey thread, a handful of us are planning a Gloucester-Salem-Cumberland county run on Sat 10/27/07. Our current plans have us meeting at the W. Deptford High School, heading down to Fort Mott (Pennsville), and then continuing through Salem to Cumberland county, stopping at an eagle nest observatory and a quick drive through Historic Greenwich before we head back up to our final destination at the Landmark in Glassboro for chow n' cheer.

The drive will take place primarily on rural county backroads, and by late October there should be plenty of changing leaves and high cornfields to pretty up the drive. Our route will take us through mostly uncongested, low-traffic areas (speaking relative to the rest of NJ, of course).

I'd suggest we meet at 9:00.
Directions to West Deptford High School from 295...
Driving north on 295, take exit 22. Go straight thru traffic light at intersection with Red Bank Ave. & school is immediatly on the right.
Driving south on 295, take exit 22. At bottom of exit ramp, make left, go under 295 & make immediate left. School on your right.
Note: At the intersection of Crown Point Rd. & Red Bank Ave., there is a Lukoil & a conveninece store if anyone needs food or fuel.

My wife said lets rally. We can be late to the West Chester game. If we can make the half time show, we can still see our daughter in the band.

Since this will be our first rally, I have to ask. Do you rally rain or shine?
Have only had the top UP for about 3 hours since we purchased the Sidewalk in July.

 

I belive we're going to go rain or shine. Of course if the weather is really bad (i.e. huricane) then we may have to re-think our position.

Just had the good luck to stumble across this thread. Sounds like a great morning! I'm in Barrington, Camden County. Looking forward to meeting and driving with everyone. (Assuming MotML gets the not-so-lucky stumble cured.)
