For the people who recently bought their MCS from Niello get the "S" sills? Or does it just say Mini Cooper? Mine came with the non "S" and wanted to know if it's a big deal to mention it to the dealer, I don't want to have to pay for anything unless I have to.

 

Got mine from niello in sac. and I got "S" door sills...if you have a MCS you should get those.

 

I got mine there, it has the "S" door sills. Sounds like a mistake from the factory, I would let them know and have them order a set for you.

 

Niello will fix it. Get with Chris.

 

You shouldn't have to pay anything. It was a mistake they should make right.

Yea, i called and spoke to Chris at Niello and he stated that he can order me some, but asked me to see if one of the dealers out here will do it for me, so i dont have to drive back to sac just for some sills, so far i called pleasanton but the dealer assist. said he wasnt sure if its a charge or not, if they do try to charge me, im gonna rain hell on them.

 

Ours came with "Mini Cooper S". The mini cooper part of the lettering is silver; the S is red.

I will be picking-up my MCS this Sunday at Niello and I want to know where the "S" is located. Can someone let me know?

Open the door, and look down. It should be on the door sill.
